Okay, not his. Sans claws and cryptic tattoos.
It's in fact my own hand sculptured.
This Fall was not very fruitful for ceramics craft because of vacation travels, mine and of the studio owner. Although quality should exceed quantity, and my recent project promises to be a total blast!
Apart from it, I've made my first real sculpture. Which was not very hard, since the original was at hand all the time, so to say.
This artwork had two clear purposes from the start:
1) to serve as a gamepad stand 2) to be gifted to a friend and former housemate, who's happily had acquired a property of his own
Both goals are fulfilled at the time of writing.
The thing ended up massive, even though the stand below the hand is shallow on the inside. Which appears to me as a boon. The stand also has "service ports" for a power cord.
There's a list of ceramic gifts I want to create and send to my life's
valuable people. All bearing the mark of chaos my signature stamp -
of which I yet have to make a series of copies, both physical and
digital.
